Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.
1- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
2- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
3- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

To collect and evaluate information available publicly via news organizations, government reports, online forms, blogs, news sites, and other sources. These analysts take advantage of this public information to create reports for businesses, governments, schools, institutions, and other organizations for research, marketing, and planning.

I was responsible and head of Admin and HR Department. Beside all tasks of Admin and HR Department I was also responsible for Procurement and IT related matters. I have also worked with Program Department as adviser on Project Proposal writing and Monitoring of running projects of the organization

I was responsible to manage and administer the college. Moreover, I was responsible for academic, curriculum development, and liaison with Govt and other institutions

I was selected among few students among Universities of Azad Jammu and Kashmir for this program and worked with Program, Monitoring and Evaluation, Administration, WATSAN, and Livelihood Departments.
